Orders that have not been paid within 5 business days will be cancelled.

11:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday (closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays)

Please always check your products upon delivery. Please contact us within 5 days should there be any problems such as the following:

  • The order received was different than ordered
  • The product is damaged or dirty

We will not accept returns for the following:

  • The product has been used or washed
  • The product has been damaged by the customer
  • The product has been dirtied or tainted (by the smell of perfume or cigarette smoke) when trying on the product
